"Always a positive experience with Katie's team. I have called in several times with various questions, and they always spend the time to understand and talk through my options, as well as provide expert advice. .... Updated: Denied my claim for water damage, citing evidence that simply didn't exist. Not Katie's fault, this is on State Farm, but she also wasn't able to help. Years of paying into insurance that didn't insure any peace of mind or satisfaction."
